Anybody can benefit from yoga. No body type or age excluded.  The world of yoga is vast and multi-faceted. Don’t let self-limiting beliefs hold you back from feeling your best!  You do not have to be flexible to practice yoga, but practicing yoga can make you more flexible. You do not have to be in great shape to do yoga, but yoga can get you in better shape.  Yoga can also greatly improve core strength and stability and reduce stress, among many other proven benefits.   Yoga is for everybody!
